About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Trainee to assist in managing client accounts and social media activities. This role is perfect for someone with foundational social media experience who is eager to learn account handling and client servicing in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and maintaining social media accounts for multiple clients.
- Support in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments/messages under supervision.
- Help track and analyze social media metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
- Support client communication and maintain documentation for account activities.
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest ideas to improve client engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for client handling.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
