**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media graphics strategy aligned with our brand identity and marketing goals

Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest

Research and identify trending topics and social media trends relevant to our industry and target audience

Craft engaging and shareable graphics that resonate with our audience and drive engagement

Maintain a consistent visual style across all social media platforms

Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies

Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency and integration across all marketing channels

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field

Proven experience in social media graphics design

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Ability to create visually appealing and engaging graphics that align with our brand identity

Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms

Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns (a plus)

Creativity, innovation, and a passion for social media

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹19,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
