**Job Summary**:
The Social Media Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing multiple design collaterals using illustration and graphic design across various social media platforms for Seechgears, in collaboration with the social media team. Additional responsibilities would include research on new design trends, team collaboration, peer-to-peer review, and following the vision and brand guidelines for visual design.

**Principal Duties**:

- Design visual content for social media platforms including graphics, images, and short video
- Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns that align with brand guidelines and target audience
- Collaborate with copywriters and social media managers to ensure visual content aligns with the overall campaign strategy
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices for social media platforms
- Asset management and maintenance across and beyond the projects
- Manage design asset quality control, packaging, and delivery
- **Brand Consistency**:Ensure that all projects are of the same message and style.
- **Multi-Channel Execution**: Manage the creation of content across offline and online marketing channels, making sure that it is consistent and engaging.
- **Trend Research**: Stay abreast of the latest trends in creative production, video, and animation to continuously raise the quality bar of content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline)
- 1-2 years of work experience in illustration or graphic design in Healthcare industry or Media Production Company and a rich portfolio of design work
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to work with copywriters and social media managers to bring campaigns to life
- Knowledge of the latest design trends and best practices
- Illustration skills are a bonus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of multi-channel design for offline and online marketing.
- Strong portfolio that showcases motion work.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in fine arts, graphic design, multimedia or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of graphic design theories, visual design models and media production technologies
- Free imagination and constant curiosity with a passion to transform our mission through creativity
