**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other digital platforms.
- **UI Design Support**: Assist in basic UI design tasks, ensuring that visual designs are user-friendly and consistent with the overall brand aesthetic.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and produce videos for social media, promotional content, and other marketing needs using video editing software.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and meet project specifications.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and visual solutions.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools to deliver high-quality work.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- **Feedback Implementation**: Take feedback from team members and clients constructively to improve design quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and video editing software.
- Basic knowledge of UI design principles and experience with tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative graphic design, UI elements, and video editing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling ability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be based in Noida or willing to relocate.

**Job Type**: Permanent
