In this role, you will be responsible for handling the social media handles of our various clients. You will determine what the brands should communicate across platforms - all the way from strategizing the content calendar to executing the posts. You will ensure that their social media communication aligns with their business vision at all times, and be responsible for the organic growth of their social community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and maintain social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with our brand voice and values.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

**2. Graphic Design**:

- Design visually appealing and creative assets for social media posts, stories, and ads.
- Create eye-catching visuals for mínimal creatives, trending designs, interesting carousels, and other engaging content formats.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand identity and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate them into the content to keep our profiles fresh and appealing.

**3. Content Creation**:

- Develop content calendars and plan campaigns that align with marketing goals.
- Write engaging and concise copy to accompany visual content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create content that resonates with our target audience.

**Community Engagement**:

- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive and active online community by participating in relevant conversations and discussions.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor social media KPIs and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Use data to make informed decisions and optimize social media campaigns for better results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
