**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle the EPABX board, answer incoming calls, and transfer them to the appropriate person.
- Manage guest and visitor inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
2. **Office Operations**:
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Arrange meals (lunch, tea, coffee) for guests, training sessions, and employees.
- Organize and manage office events such as celebrations and cultural activities.
3. **Facilities and Vendor Management**:
- Coordinate hotel bookings for employees, guests, and customers.
- Manage vendors such as water suppliers and tea vendors.
- Track courier services and maintain records in Excel.
4. **Administrative Support**:
- Familiarity with office equipment including printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Monitor housekeeping staff and ensure office cleanliness.
- Follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for various services.
5. **Additional Responsibilities**:
- Assist HR and Admin Head with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide support to other departments with administrative functions.
- Handle payments and billing tasks accurately and timely.
****Additional Information:*
- This position may require occasional overtime or weekend work.
- Salary and benefits package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
