**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Handle basic inquiries related to jewellery collections, store timings, and appointments
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure guest protocols are followed
- Manage appointment schedules for client meetings
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are tidy and presentable
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Assist with inventory coordination and showroom upkeep
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar front desk/admin role (experience in the jewellery or luxury retail industry is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Customer-focused with a pleasant personality
