**Job Summary**

We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment and facilitating smooth administrative operations within the center

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Interaction**:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of medical staff.
- Provide information about services, procedures, and policies to patients and visitors.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain and organize patient records and files in compliance with confidentiality standards.
- **Billing and Payments**:

- Generate and process billing for services rendered.
- Collect payments and issue receipts, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Assist patients with insurance verification and claims processing.
- **Facility Management**:

- Ensure the front desk and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address any facility issues.**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with medical office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
