The Customer Executive - Real Estate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process. This role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Property Assistance**: Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and availability.
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve client complaints or concerns regarding property listings, viewings, or transactions.
- **Property Tours**: Coordinate and conduct property tours, ensuring clients receive a thorough and engaging experience.
- **Documentation**: Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
- **Market Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including current listings, market trends, and property values.
- **Feedback Management**: Collect and report client feedback to relevant departments for continuous service improvement.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs or concerns.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
