**About Us**:
We are a dynamic real estate development firm having recently launched a premium residential high-rise tower in Wakad, Pune. As we embark on this exciting project, we seek a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the face of our on-site sales office and ensure seamless front-desk operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and stakeholders with warmth and professionalism.
- Coordinate appointments for the sales team and maintain visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative tasks (data entry, document organization, etc.).
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Provide basic information about the project to potential buyers.
- Handle couriers, deliveries, and office supplies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years as a Receptionist/Front Desk Executive (real estate experience preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Polished appearance with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- **Availability**: Immediate joining.
