**Location**: Pune (Hadapsar)
**Shift Timing**: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
**Working Days**: 5 Days (2 Days Rotational Off)
**Joining**: Immediate (Batch starts every Tuesday & Thursday)
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via voice calls in a professional manner.
- Provide solutions to customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain consistent quality standards in every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while managing customer communications.
**Requirements**:
**For Freshers**:
- Up to 3 LPA (20K per month)
- **Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process**: Up to 3.5 LPA
- **Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process**: Up to 4.5 LPA (33K per month)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to manage calls and provide exceptional service.
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
**Additional Details**:
- **Cabs**: 2-way cabs available.
- **Work Environment**: Office-based; Work from Office role.
- **Eligibility**: Undergraduates and Graduates both are welcome to apply.
