**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook dishes using the tandoor, such as naan, roti, kebabs, and tandoori chicken.
- Marinate meats and vegetables according to traditional recipes.
- Manage tandoor temperature and cooking times to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor area and kitchen tools.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to manage food preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory of tandoor-related ingredients and report shortages.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, especially tandoori-style cooking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Culinary diploma or certification in Indian cuisine (optional but preferred).
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
