Tandoori Chef

Goafornia Beach Lounge is seeking an experienced Tandoor Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of traditional tandoor cooking techniques and a passion for creating authentic dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes using a tandoor oven.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Monitor inventory and manage ingredients efficiently.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef.
• Expertise in traditional tandoor cooking methods.
• Strong understanding of spices and seasoning.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using a tandoor oven.
• Culinary arts training or relevant certification.
• Attention to detail and creativity in dish presentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
