**About this role**

Responsible for ensuring that CDS functional tower services, for complex contracts, are delivered to the requirements of BT’s Global or Enterprise Customer Contracts whilst ensuring that all BT internal controls are met

**You'll have the following responsibilities**

The CDM Support Role will be responsible for a number of the following activities:

- Raising invoice requests into BT billing

systems or teams for a defined set of BT contracts or products; Compilation and

management of invoicing sent one BT entity

to a single customer entity. This may include multiple invoices between these entities;
- The management of multiple invoices derived

from a central commercial inventory sent from a single BT entity to multiple customer entities;
- Obtaining cost inputs, normalising, validating and managing exceptions to correction for customer contracts or a defined set of BT or Third Party products;
- Managing and reporting for all internal contract resource costs including forecast and variance management for small to medium sized contracts ;
- Management of IBUY PO purchases for contracts including order control, charge validation and contract duration management.

**You'll have the following skills & experience**
- Knowledge of tower
- Numeracy.
- Numeracy
- Familiarity with contract environment
- Exposure on delivery and order management
- Experience in working in a diverse and fast paced work environment.
- Being able to follow a standard operating model and governance.
