Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Sales Presentations & Demos:
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product demos for prospective clients to showcase our products/services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion within the US market.
Contract Negotiation & Closure:
Assist in contract negotiation, pricing, and finalizing business agreements with clients.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and project delivery.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward targets in CRM software.
Qualifications:
**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the US market or IT outsourcing industry.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to clients.
Sales & Negotiation Skills:
Strong experience in the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
Knowledge of US Market:
Understanding of the US business environment, key industries, and the decision-making process for businesses in the US.
Tech-Savvy:
**Education**:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Willingness to work in the US time zone for client calls and meetings.
Target-driven and results-oriented approach.
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
