Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Workshops & Events

Conduct and complete minimum two paid college workshops per month (mandatory).

Coordinate and execute inside/outside events, college associations, and collaborations.

Organize and conduct webinars in coordination with the sales team.

Coordinate and share participation certificates with attendees.

2.Lead Generation & Database Management

Collect and maintain a database of workshop/webinar participants and share it with the sales team.

Identify, evaluate, and maximize lead generation through physical marketing activities.

Implement innovative strategies to improve lead collection and conversions.

3.Marketing & Branding

Plan and execute monthly digital marketing poster strategies.

Coordinate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials.

Identify innovative ideas for both digital marketing and physical marketing.

Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Negotiate and induct effective marketing plans to ensure maximum reach.

4.Competitor Analysis & Reporting

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly competitor analysis.

Prepare and submit consolidated competitor reports on a regular basis.

5.Presentations & Proposals

Create and update presentations (PPTs) for college associations and internal requirements.

Propose and implement innovative marketing initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Event coordination and execution ability

Knowledge of digital and physical marketing strategies

Analytical mindset with reporting skills

Ability to work collaboratively with sales and design teams
