**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
- Manage day to day operations and drive performance of the aligned team.
- Be the first point of contact for all team members
- Proactively ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Attending operational and / or quality meetings as per client schedule.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to organisational processes and create awareness around all compliance guidelines across the floor.
- Mentor and assist new hires.
- Proactively inform and work with manager on challenges faced
- Report deviations immediately to the leadership and respective departments.
- Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions with team members.
- Conduct audits & share feedback with team members
- Motivate staff through effective management, career development & implementation of reporting mechanisms.
- Responsible for maintaining discipline and for staff retention within the team.
- Responsible for Team Building & Implementation of Processes

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English) and leadership skills.
- Strong data management skills, and experience in training and motivating staff.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent Organisational, time-management and decision making skills
- Results Oriented with the ability to think creatively and problem solve with tight deadlines.
- High proficiency in using computers.
- Ability to Handle Escalations with knowledge on process.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- UK shift
- Weekend availability
