**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students and parents regarding various educational programs offered by Sky Education Group.
- Assess student needs and recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Address student queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct follow-up sessions to ensure student satisfaction and progress.
- **Admissions Process**:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
- Achieve monthly admission targets as set by the management.
- meet the minimum of 5 admissions per month to earn the 4,000 rupees variable.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and other promotional events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Generate leads and expand the student database.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on student counseling and admissions activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Proven experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- The ability to meet set targets.

Office Timings : 10 AM - 6:30 PM

**Compensation**:

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹16,000.
- Variable commission of ₹4,000 for every minimum of 5 successful admissions achieved per month.
