Job Description: Admission Counselor

Position: Admission Counselor

Gender: only Female

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Admission Counselor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
  • Provide detailed information about our academic programs, admission requirements, and campus facilities.
  • Guide applicants through the admission process, assisting with application forms, document submission, and deadlines.
  • Conduct informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on program offerings and admission criteria.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, both on and off-campus.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information and admission statuses.
  • Address inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in admission policies.
  • Collaborate with other admission counselors and staff to streamline processes and enhance the overall admission experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. (Any Graduate)
  • 1-year minimum experience in the similar industry
