**Job Overview**:We are looking for a passionate Academic Counselor with a strong background in sales. If you have 1-3 years of experience in EdTech sales and are driven to meet and exceed targets, we want you on our team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1-**Engage with prospective students and their families, providing them with comprehensive information about our programs and course benefits.

**3-**Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with potential students to foster long-term relationships.Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and enhance the outreach process.

**4-**Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects, including tracking and reporting on key metrics and conversion rates.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
**1-**1-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in EdTech or a similar industry.

**2-**Strong passion for sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**3-**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to take initiative.

**4-**Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**5-**Comfortable with working towards targets and in a fast-paced environment.
