**What You'll Do**:

- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
- Coordinate and schedule interviews

**What You Know**:

- 7+ years of recruiting experience. Demonstrating strong capacity for successfully working with high-volume recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commutation skills - both verbal and written.
- Recruited consultants on W2 and 1099 positions with visa status like H1B, GC, Citizen, and EAD.
- Hands-on experience sourcing using Social media using GitHub, Stack Overflow, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.
- Use Job boards like Dice, Monsters, Career Builder, etc.
- Managed external vendor relationships, negotiated right-to-hire agreements and rates
- Placed high-end technical professionals in contract and full-time positions in Information Technology Industry. Specialized in Data Engineer and Data Scientist roles.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree is required, IT or relevant degree preferred.
