**Position**: IT Recruiter

**Experience**: 2 to 4 years

**Location**: Madurai - WFO

**Key Responsibilities**_**:_

**Collaborate with Hiring Managers**:

- Understand job descriptions, project timelines, and technical requirements.

**Sourcing and Attracting Talent**:

- Develop a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

**Screening and Assessments**:

- Review resumes and perform initial phone screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct technical assessments or coding challenges as needed.

**Interview Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members.

**Offer Management**:

- Manage the offer process and communicate the final decision promptly.

**On boarding Assistance**:

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.

**Employer Branding**:

- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work by sharing information on culture and benefits.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and meetups.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technical terms.
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
