**Full job description**

**Sales Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify potential markets and sales opportunities.
- Set monthly/quarterly sales targets for the team.

2. **Team Management**
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching or support.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

3. **Client Handling**
- Meet with potential buyers and provide property tours.
- Address client inquiries, objections, and concerns.
- Negotiate deals and close sales.

4. **Marketing Coordination**
- Work with the marketing team to plan promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
- Provide feedback on marketing material and lead quality.

5. **Documentation & Compliance**
- Oversee the preparation of legal documents like booking forms, sale agreements, etc.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other real estate regulations.

6. **Reporting**
- Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

7. **Relationship Management**
- Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and future sales.

8. **Market Intelligence**
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new projects.
- Provide insights to help with pricing, project planning, and sales strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
