Job Title: International Ticketing Expert (B2B Portals)

Location: Udyog Vihar Phase v, Gurugram

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2-5 years in international ticketing (B2B portals)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Book international air tickets through B2B portals like Akbar Travels, Riya Travel, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.

Handle fare search, availability checks, fare comparisons, and flight bookings.

Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund tickets in accordance with airline and GDS policies.

Handle PNR management, schedule changes, and special service requests (SSR).

Stay up to date with airline fare rules, promotional fares, and seasonal offers.

Liaise with travel partners, airlines, and consolidators for booking-related issues.

Provide accurate information regarding, baggage rules, and travel policies.

Resolve ticketing issues, customer complaints, and booking discrepancies efficiently.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with B2B travel portals (Akbar, Riya, MMT, Goibibo, etc.)

knowledge of international ticketing, airline fare rules.

Good understanding of travel industry regulations and best practices

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings at once

Proficient in using computers and travel booking software/tools

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism

Prior work experience with a travel Company
