**Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management**
- Plan and execute **social media campaigns** on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Create engaging content, including reels, shorts, and promotional videos in collaboration with the in-house videographer.
- Optimize content using **SEO and relevant hashtags** to boost online visibility.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
**2. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement**
- Handle online inquiries, follow up with potential leads, and drive membership sign-ups.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance marketing strategies.
**3. Offline Marketing & Brand Promotion**
- Develop and implement **local marketing campaigns** such as events, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Coordinate with influencers, fitness professionals, and local businesses to enhance brand presence.
- Distribute promotional materials and oversee community outreach activities.
**4. Performance Tracking & Reporting**
- Track campaign effectiveness, analyze conversion rates, and generate reports for management.
- Identify trends and opportunities to optimize marketing strategies for better ROI.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
- Strong knowledge of **social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
