Key Responsibilities:

- **Generate New Business**:

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate IT solutions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of our IT products and services.
- Stay updated on new product developments, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with up-to-date information on product features and benefits.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Attributes**:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
