**overall responsibilities of Facility supervisor is as below**:

- Maintaining and up keeping of our commercial and residential buildings.
- Co-ordination with local vendors (Plumber, electrician etc.) for any item requirement
- Check the premises regularly to ensure security.
- Record and report emergencies.
- Evaluate existing systems.
- Identify technical problems.
- Co-ordinate with AMC people for regular servicing.
- Monitor planned preventive maintenance.
- Carry out inspections of the facility
- Perform administrative or custodial tasks as needed

Minimum Experience : 1 - 2 Years

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 per month
