**"Sr. IT Sales Executive - Enterprise Sales" required for one of the IT services company located at Kolkata.** **Experience**:Kindly note that the incumbent need to have at least a 5+ experienced person in Corporate IT Enterprise Sales **Salary**:CTC - INR 6 to 8.5 Lacs depending on this experience, quality of customers handled by him, territory he covers and overall top and bottom-line targets he has been handling so far. **Gender**: Male Only **Job Roles**: Responsible for Generating revenue as well as develop new opportunities. **Responsible for customer relationship management and pipeline management.** - Responsible for acquisition of customer and new logo for the organization. **Responsible for identifying new markets and customer needs.**: - Responsible for arranging/conduct business meetings with prospective clients. **Responsible for records keeping of sales, revenue, invoices etc.**: - Responsible for collection of his own sales. - Responsible for defining and working for achieving his individual sales target. - Responsible for compliance related to sales (Tender, Order related and statutory). - Good connect with OEMs in his related field but not solely dependent on them for solution pitching. - Must have good IT Client Base - Ready to Travel for Official Matters. **Core Competencies**:Excellent Sales knowledge of products like-** - Server ( Tower, Rack, Blade), Storage (NAS, SAN and UNIFIED) with knowledge of RAID 0,1,5,6,10 and HBA cards, LUN etc. - Virtualization - VMware, Hyper-V from Microsoft, RHV from Red Hat Linux etc. - Active Directory. - Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) - Mail server: On Premises, Cloud or Hybrid. - Antivirus: Server Client architecture deployment. - High performance computing (HPC). - Virtual Desktop infrastructure (VDI). - SD Wan. **Requirement**: - Good communication skill (English, Hindi & Bengali). - Highly enterprising in nature, energetic, enthusiastic and Team player. - Should have experience of handling escalations of all sorts arising during his course of work. - Relationship with OEMs and Customers, preferably enterprise. - Working experience of 7+ years in SMB market - Understanding of cloud business and market in Kolkata and West Bengal will be preferred. **Sales experience of Enterprise products like Server, Storage, Virtualization, Hyper converge infrastructure (HCI), High performance computing (HPC), Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), SD WAN, etc should be his main area of work and expertise.**: - Should have strong experience in corporate B2B sales, and should have also handled end customers of SMB segments with Consumer/B2B sales. - Working knowledge of Sales Planning and execution. **Requisite Qualification**: - Graduate - Science, Diploma/ Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/ Computer Science/IT OR MCA - Good knowledge of Enterprise Products and Solution Pitching (Not only product sales). - Good Problem-solvers to help address business needs through enterprise solutions. - Excellent Communication and presentation skill, especially customer presentation during pre-sales and delivery phases of the project Thanks & Regards, **HR Department** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - total work: 5 years (required) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 7797469199
