**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our real estate projects and services.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities for real estate sales.
- **Client Information**: Collect customer details and update CRM systems with accurate information for follow-ups.
- **Follow-Ups**: Follow up with interested clients and schedule meetings or property viewings with sales agents.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with property listings, pricing, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- **Customer Service**: Address client queries related to properties, prices, financing options, and project details.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and update records of calls, customer inquiries, and feedback.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing property proposals and other documentation.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

**Profie Requirements**:

- Minimum of high school diploma (Graduation preferred).
- Previous telecalling or sales experience of min 3 years in the real estate industry is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage clients, build rapport, and handle objections effectively.
- Basic understanding of the real estate market.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
