**Position Overview**:
Are you a problem-solver with a knack for multitasking? Do you excel in creating memorable customer experiences? We are looking for a proactive and energetic Customer Service Executive who can manage our customer interactions with finesse and ensure seamless order processing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Management & Data Entry**:Meticulously handle and manage website orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.

**Customer Support Excellence**: Deliver top-notch customer support via WhatsApp and phone calls. Address customer inquiries and issues with empathy, efficiency, and a smile.

**Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.

**Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks to keep the team organised and operations running smoothly.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Graduate degree in any field.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Computer Skills**: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.

**Multitasking Ability**: Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
**Gender **:Female

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
