Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, prospects, or partners to achieve specific business objectives. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you will be required to have a quiet and dedicated workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers, prospects, or partners to achieve specific business objectives.
2. Achieve Sales/Lead Generation Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales or lead generation targets.
3. Build Relationships: Build relationships with customers, prospects, or partners to understand their needs and provide solutions.
4. Handle Objections: Handle objections and concerns from customers, prospects, or partners in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
6. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
**Requirements**:
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. 1-2 Years of Telesales Experience: 1-2 years of telesales experience preferred.
3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong Sales and Closing Skills: Strong sales and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
5. Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Reliable Internet Connection: Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
