**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Pitch Aavyak's services**:Business Consulting, CRM/ERP Solutions, WhatsApp Automation, and Digital Transformation**:

- Conduct meetings and product demos with potential clients (in-office or on-site)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly progress

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in sales (preferably B2B or service-based)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills
- Proactive, confident, and target-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of business solutions like CRM, ERP, or automation is a plus
- Must be based in **Lucknow** or willing to relocate

**Work Mode**:

- **Full-Time, In-Office** (No remote or hybrid work)
- Office Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
