**Job Title: IT Executive**
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues (hardware/software/network).
- Ensure the security of IT systems and data through regular backups, updates, and implementing cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and software inventories.
- Set up new hardware, software, and IT systems for employees, ensuring seamless integration.
- Assist with software and hardware upgrades, installations, and replacements.
- Support in managing and maintaining internal servers and network infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases, repairs, and services.
- Implement and maintain system upgrades, patches, and software licensing.
- Assist in planning and executing IT projects to improve systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of IT resources.
- Provide training to employees on the use of IT systems and software.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and IT security.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues across various systems and platforms.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with server management, cloud solutions, and network configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with IT asset management and procurement.
- Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus.
