As a production head should be able to provide end to end support and monitoring

in modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering and compositing

departments.
- Working closely with VFX Supervisor to interpret the client’s creative vision, oversee

every aspect of production, and plan a pragmatic way to deliver on that brief by

implementing the technical, artistic pipeline and workflow.
- Work with Department Supervisors and Production in finding efficient and schedule
- conscious solutions.
- Verifies technical solutions proposed by the team.
- Assisting in all technical aspects of VFX production from Scanning to ensuring proper

files have been delivered to Comp.
- Works with Head of CG in designing and implementing tools used in the studio.
- Training team members and making sure the tools required for the project are up to

the task.
- Designing and supervising the creation of CG imagery as it relates to the technical

execution of the VFX Supervisor’s vision of the Client brief.
- Keeping up on current technology trends and tools (hardware and software) that best

suits the production and SpinVFX in the development of a stronger creative technical

environment.
- Coordinating solutions with the Technical Directors (TDs) in solving problems the

production faces on day-to-day basis.
- Assisting the Department Supervisors and Leads in supervising artist in achieving the

artistic goals of the production when needed.
- Working with Head of CG and Head of Production to identify any development needed

for future projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
