**Responsibilities Include**:

- Primary responsibility for assessing planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care.
- Co-ordinates the overall clinical activities of an assigned nursing unit.
- Identify the needs in priority. (Emergency or elective, septic or aseptic etc.
- Maintaining the stock and giving indent to the stores department.
- Make sure that all staffs working as per the protocol.
- Implement nursing actions.
- Evaluate patient outcome from anaesthesia.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Act as a clinical resource for staff on unit.
- Make sure that all staff nurses should know the proper use of equipment’s.
- Conduct training programmes on regular basis about various procedures and operation of new equipment’s.
- Maintain the account of consumable indent items, instruments biomedical equipment’s, sutures etc.
- Supervise the biomedical waste management.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time
- Administer medications, draw blood, and give childhood vaccinations following age-appropriate guidelines.
- Monitor temperature, pulse, breathing, and blood pressure and keep accurate records.
- Provide culturally appropriate patient focused nursing care.
- Applies & ensures the international patient safety goals throughout the patient journey and care process.
- Respects patient and applies patient family rights throughout the patient care, with empathy, emotional stability.
- Updates self professionally, meet the training requirements, competencies, maintain self-performance log as expected, participate in professional development activities.
- Orients new staff, evaluates peer group and allied staff as per the hospital policy.
- Maintain hygiene of the unit by adhering to Sterilization and Disinfection Policy. And adhere to the infection control policies and procedures.
- Performs therapeutic nursing interventions as per the doctor’s order such as nebulization, insertion of rectal suppository and assist doctors for the child immunization.
- By managing their time, effectively multitask and prioritize their responsibilities have a better time completing their duties in a timely manner.
- Contributes to maintain the safety of the patient and environment by identifying risks, hazards, potential harm as per the safety policy of the hospital.
- Extend support to all the processes, directly and indirectly towards patient care, patient satisfaction, organizational requirement such as patient feedback, patient complaints, statistical data, maintaining reports and records.
- Any other work assigned by the Management and department heads.

Immediate Joining Preferred with in 1 or 2 days

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
