**A Dallas, Texas, USA based property management company is hiring few process executives to work from our office in T. Nagar, Chennai to handle its administrative, accounting and back office work.**

**As a process executive you will be performing the following tasks**:

- **Turn on and off utilities such as electricity, water and gas accounts over the phone**
- **Upload property pictures to various websites such as Zillow, Trulia and Hotpads**
- **Make follow up phone calls**
- **Handle maintenance and work orders**
- **You will answer incoming and outgoing phone calls**
- **Enter bills**

**Experience Needed**:

- **Must have previous international voice process experience**
- **Must have previous BPO experience**
- **Must have excellent verbal and written English knowledge**
- **Previous accounting experience is a plus**
- **We will train you property management related accounting and other tasks**
- **Must start immediately**

**Office Location**:
**Bazullah Road, T. Nagar, Chennai, India**

**You will work from our office in **Bazullah Road, T. Nagar, Chennai.**

**Work Hours**:

- **7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (night shift)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer support: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- English: 5 years (preferred)
