Lower Parel Mumbai Maharashtra, India PCP Condominium Full time

1. To work on property tax for collection and follow ups with respective owners of buildings

2. To deal with vendors Service providers for maintaining statutory Compliance.

3. To ensure timely renewal of Licences, Contracts, Certifications etc.

4. To draft Leave & License Agreements, Conducting Agreements, Fit Out
- Mortgage NOC or Letter of Intents, etc.

5. To manage the schedule and dead line with team members in the system for day-to-day operation activities, Project related work along with concall & meeting as per the requirement.

6. To book and renew on 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler parking’s contracts as per the occupants needs.

7. To oversee Facility services and maintenance activity.

8. To work along with boss and team to develop, review and improve policies, systems and procedures to ensure the complex is operating smoothly and efficiently.

10. To work on preparing agendas & PPT for AGM, BOM etc.

11. To work with accounts team and discuss along with boss to set budgets, monitor spending, processing of payments and other expenses.

12. To ensure all Minutes of Meetings discussed in BOM, AGM, Accounts Committee, Auditors etc should be executed and monitored in daily operations.

13. To take care of legal cases and follow up.

14. Deal with agencies for queries like shooting activities, display of products, various promotional activities, etc. at the PCP Complex and Club and update Boss for finalization.

15. To work on vendor contracts, Renewal of contracts, preparing work orders.

16. To ensure timely update of Vendor Registration and follow up of all the vendors.

17. Update the various clients/vendors for their requirements like space for rentals, services installations, upgradation requirements for the existing equipment’s, wherever necessary.

18. Assist the staff in maintaining the Club, Buildings and the Complex neat and clean and drive the requirements for any upkeep or repairs, wherever necessary.

19. To organize project meetings and another schedule as per the requirement.

20. To anticipate the needs of organization to ensure the seamless and positive experience.

21. To perform any other duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
