**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead or support end-to-end implementations and upgrades of **Dynamics 365 Business Central**.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Customize and configure Business Central as per client needs.
- Develop extensions using AL and manage integrations with other systems via APIs.
- Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Maintain knowledge of Business Central updates, features, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
- Strong knowledge of **AL Language**, Extensions, and C/AL (legacy systems).
- Experience with **Business Central Cloud/SaaS** and **On-Premise** versions.
- Hands-on experience with **financials, supply chain, inventory, sales, and purchasing modules**.
- Familiarity with **Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)** and **Azure DevOps** is a plus.
- Understanding of **Microsoft SQL Server**, web services, and API integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with ISVs and third-party add-ons like Jet Reports, LS Central, etc.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
