We have an immediate requirement for MS Dynamics 365 profile for ROO. The joining date is as soon as possible. Please start sourcing the profiles.This profile will be HRMS module and additionally the below:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. F&O Support:
    • Provide day-to-day support for users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, responding to and resolving issues and technical queries.
    • Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve incidents and problems related to F&O applications.
    • Work closely with the functional teams to understand business processes and offer solutions to improve system functionality.
    • Collaborate with end-users to identify, document, and resolve system issues, improving user experience and operational efficiency.
    • Assist in maintaining, monitoring, and managing data integrity within the F&O system.
    • Perform system upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal business disruption.
    • Manage integration points between F&O and other systems.
  2. F&O Development:
    • Design, develop, and maintain customisations, extensions, and reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
    • Collaborate with functional teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements.
    • Develop X++ code for system customisations, workflows, and data processing.
    • Create custom reports and dashboards in Power BI, SSRS, or other reporting tools, as needed.
    • Implement integrations between F&O and third-party systems using services, batch jobs, or other methods.
    • Participate in the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
    • Ensure that custom solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
  3. System Enhancements and Optimisation:
    • Analyse current system processes, and suggest enhancements or optimisations based on best practices and business requirements.
    • Develop and apply system patches, performance tuning, and optimisation strategies.
    • Stay current with new features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and recommend new capabilities that could benefit the business.
  4. Training & Documentation:
    • Provide training and user support for system functionality, customisations, and new features.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, customisations, and processes.
    • Assist in creating training materials and delivering training sessions to end-users.
  5. Collaboration and Project Management:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
    • Support the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O projects, including system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
    • Participate in project meetings, providing status updates and estimating effort for new tasks.
