SharePoint MS 365 Developer

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 tools and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and develop end-to-end solution for businesses.
• Create custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop tools and supports and conducts training to support standardization of knowledge management.
• Build and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries and MS planners.
• Manage One Drive.
• Utilize Microsoft CoPilot to enhance productivity.
• Develop and hands on with Copilot studio: AI Agents
• Integration experience with non-Microsoft environments such as Data Lake, Data warehouse, Zoho etc.
• Integrate Microsoft Teams with other applications and services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
• Accountable for Active Directory, Office 365 and licensing.
• Accountable for identity and authorization management.
• Develop project plans (short term/long term project), outlines, scopes, priorities and timelines.
• Responsible for Conducts Trainings on MS Tools, New Features across business users' community, and keep the business users up to date with new additions, enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelors in computer science/IT or equivalent. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server

Experience

4+ years of IT experience, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Ecosystem with focus on SharePoint and Power Automate Solutions, Power Apps, technical security as well as excellent analytical and system-oriented thinking.

Digital Literacy-Ability to learn the enhancements and new features of M365.

Technical Expertise-

Proficient in M365

(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Flow, Power Platform, Dynamics, List, Planners and other Microsoft apps) / understanding of security and compliance in Microsoft 365 / understanding of email routing techniques

and associated concepts within a messaging and collaboration production environment / proven experience in developing complete solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies / Knowledge of scripting (power shell), specifically for automating M365 services in

a production environment, would be advantageous.
