Job Summary:

We are looking for a SharePoint Developer with 3 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server . The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Customize SharePoint sites using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Develop workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) and/or SharePoint Designer.
  • Create and manage lists, libraries, content types, site columns, and templates.
  • Implement SharePoint security, permissions, and user roles.
  • Maintain and support existing SharePoint solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Document technical specifications, user guides, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online or On-Premise).
  • Proficient in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM/JSOM, REST APIs.
  • Good knowledge of Power Platform – Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps.
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath (optional).
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, lists, libraries, content types, and workflows.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
