About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Technical Consultant
with expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
and
LS Retail/LS Central
. The role involves development, customization, integration, and technical support for ERP and retail solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize modules in
    Business Central & LS Retail/LS Central
    (Inventory, POS, Sales, Purchase, Finance).
  • Create, modify, and validate
    reports, tables, pages, and APIs
    .
  • Perform
    debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
    .
  • Provide
    on-site and remote support during Go-Live
    and post-implementation.
  • Customize
    standard LS Central and Business Central functionalities
    as per client needs.
  • Integrate
    third-party applications
    (e.g., SMS gateway, retail apps).
  • Prepare and maintain
    technical documentation
    .
  • Perform
    unit testing and validation
    against business requirements.
  • Support clients during
    CRP, UAT, and training phases
    .

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years
    of experience with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central & LS Retail/LS Central.
  • Proficiency in
    AL and C/AL programming
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    MS SQL Server, Visual Studio Code, SSMS, IIS
    .
  • Hands-on with
    reports, extensions, API integrations, and customizations
    .
  • Experience in
    retail, hospitality, or manufacturing industries
    preferred.
  • Excellent
    problem-solving and communication skills
    .

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    global retail or supermarket chains
    .
  • Exposure to
    VAT implementation
    and compliance.
  • Knowledge of
    cloud deployments and upgrades
    in Business Central.
