**Job Description: Spanish Customer Service Representative**

**Position**: Spanish Customer Service Representative
**Shifts**: 24/7 with 2 rotational week offs

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: HSC/Graduate
- **Experience**: 1 year of US voice customer service experience in Spanish
- **Language**: Fluent in Spanish

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via voice communication.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Document interactions accurately.

**Interview Process**:

- HR Interview
- AMCAT Assessment
- Typing Test
- Language Assessment
- Operations Interview

**Note**: Must be comfortable with night shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
