**Job Title: Spanish Language Expert - Collections Process**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Communication**:

- Clearly explain payment terms, account statuses, and available payment options to clients.
- **Negotiation and Dispute Resolution**:

- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with Spanish-speaking clients to resolve outstanding balances.
- Address and resolve disputes and queries related to account balances and payment issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Accurately document all communication and interactions with clients in the company’s collections system.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on collection activities, account statuses, and recovery rates.
- **Compliance and Best Practices**:

- Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and legal requirements related to debt collection.
- **Collaboration and Support**:

- Work closely with the broader collections team to develop strategies for improving collection rates.
- Provide language support and guidance to team members handling Spanish-speaking clients.
- Assist in training new team members on effective communication strategies for Spanish-speaking clients.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Assist clients in understanding their account details and finding solutions that are mutually beneficial.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with collections software and CRM systems is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a financial or collections environment.
- Certification in debt collection or credit management.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection.

Pay: ₹8,784.85 - ₹44,990.19 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift
