**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, or product issues effectively
- Translate complex technical terms and instructions into Spanish in a clear and customer-friendly manner
- Document support tickets, FAQs, and issue resolutions in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical technical issues
- Provide feedback to improve user manuals, guides, and knowledge base articles in Spanish
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in **Spanish (C1/C2 level or native)** and **English (B2+)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **IT, Computer Science, Languages**, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Schedule:
