**Job Title**: Spanish Customer Service Representative (Voice Process)

**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Shift**: US Night Rotational Shifts (5 working days, 2 rotational off days)
**Immediate Joining**: Must join by November

We are looking for an experienced **Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative** for a **voice process** role. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers in Spanish, and provide excellent service. This is a **work-from-office** role with **US night rotational shifts**.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Spanish proficiency**: B2 level (DELF or equivalent)
- **Experience**: 1+ year in customer service (voice process)
- **Qualification**: HSC or Graduate
- **Shift**: Comfortable with US night shifts
- **Immediate Joiner**: Ready to join within November
- **Transport**: Company-provided pick and drop

**Additional Info**:

- **Documents**: Must have all necessary documents in place
- **Role**: Voice process, customer interaction via phone
