- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in generating leads, managing CRM systems, and following up on sales inquiries.
- **Client Interaction**: Provide support during client meetings, help prepare product demos, and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Presales Assistance**: Collaborate with the team to prepare RFIs, RFQs, and proposals, and participate in product demos.
- **Customer Queries**: Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience.
- **Documentation**: Assist in creating sales proposals, reports, and presentations.

- Basic understanding of presales, CRM management, and handling RFI/RFP processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial products like loans and GIC would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
