**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
- Update and maintain the general ledger.
- Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
- Recording of debits and credits
- Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers.
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
- Monitor any variances from the projected budget.
- Sending invoices to customers and Mapping with invoices
- Reconciling the payments
- Categorize payments against correct categories for non-invoice payments.
- Track bills & expenses received from vendors, approved payments.
- Review reimbursements and ensure to be tracked under correct categories.
- Filing of Direct & Indirect Taxes and applicable Statutory Filings.

**Requirements**:
**Desired Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Understanding accounting best practices
- Data entry skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Produce work with an elevated level of accuracy.
- Professionalism and organization skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge in India bookkeeping/accounting.
- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation and Statutory Responsibilities.

**Stipend details**:

- Month 4 - Full time offer or termination of Internship (based on performance and evaluation during the Internship period)

During the Intern period, we’ll be doing a monthly performance review and will be sharing feedback monthly.  Upon completion of the internship period, solely depending upon performance and deliverables during the contract phase, we may be able to convert this into a full-time employment.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
