**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer problems and escalate issues as needed.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers.
- Stay informed about product updates, features, and promotions.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Document and report recurring issues to contribute to process improvement.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate company policies and procedures to customers clearly and effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other customer care executives and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
**Working Conditions**:
- This role may require working in shifts and weekends, depending on business needs.
- A fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,041.98 - ₹17,923.48 per month
