**Job Summary**

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Executives to support Sales and Project operations. The role involves referral lead generation, customer engagement for demonstrations, coordination with the service department, data management, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Referral Lead Generation**
- Make referral calls to existing farmers.
- Generate qualified referral leads on a daily basis.

**Customer Identification for Demonstrations**
- Identify satisfied customers willing to provide positive demonstrations.
- Ensure accuracy in selecting customers likely to give favorable demos.

**Coordination with Service Department**
- Communicate and coordinate promptly with the service team to finalize demo locations.
- Successfully map and confirm demo locations.

**Data Management & Reporting**
- Accurately record call logs, leads, and demo details in Excel.
- Submit weekly progress reports to the Sales Coordinator.

**Quality & Compliance**
- Maintain call quality standards and follow approved calling scripts.
- Adhere to company policies, timelines, and data privacy guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Age**: 18-30 years
- **Education**: Minimum HSC; **Preferred**:Diploma
- **Languages**:Hindi, English; **Desired**: Haryanvi - Medium proficiency in speaking
